A small firm that builds the way an engineer would build his own house.
Shree Vijayalakshmi Buildtech was started in 2022 by Abhilash, a civil engineer who had spent years watching homeowners get a price that changed every month and a site nobody senior ever visited. View Creations is the name we build under. The team is deliberately small: one engineer-led crew does the drawings, the approvals, the structure and the finishing, so a decision made on paper is the decision made on site.
In three years that approach has taken us from 30×40 homes in Electronic City to a station building for Indian Railways and a two-acre convention hall, without changing how we work.

The questions people ask before they call.
How much does it cost to build a house in Bengaluru in 2026?
Typically ₹1,600 to ₹3,000 per sq ft of built-up area across the city. Our fixed packages are ₹1,950, ₹2,100 and ₹2,400 per sq ft. A 30×40 plot with G+1 floors, about 1,800 sq ft, lands roughly between ₹35 and ₹43 lakh depending on the package. Use the planner above for your own plot.
How do stage-wise payments work?
You never pay in advance for work that isn't done. The price splits across booking, design, foundation, each slab, finishing and handover. You approve each stage before the next payment is due.
What happens if my house is delayed?
Your handover date is in the contract with a delay-compensation clause for delays within our control. Our record since 2022 is delivery on schedule.
How do I know you won't substitute cheaper materials?
Brands and grades are named in the contract, purchase invoices are shared, and every delivery is photographed with the brand label visible and sent to you on WhatsApp. Concrete is cube-tested and the reports are shared.
Do you work for developers, institutions and farm projects?
Yes. We have delivered a station building for Indian Railways through K-RIDE, a playhome campus and a 2-acre convention hall, and we take on farmhouses, compound walls and internal roads outside city limits. Registration details and references are available on request.
